Just a heads up: the app can get a little finicky if you;ve got a VPN running on your phone. No need to worry though -- just turn off your VPN, disconnect from other Wi-Fi or CarPlay, and it should connect fine.Or you can just use the memory card from it and plug it directly in to the computer.Install was super easy and it looks totally stock, like it came with the car. I've looked around -- nothing else really compares!
The ability to put the camera in the same space as the Jeep rearview mirror housing hides it from the public. Doesn't have to stick onto the windshield with a suction cup or adhesive tape with good video. Tucking the cable to the back of the Jeep for the rear camera went well and good quality video. To get the camera's wifi to connect to my phone, I had to disable Android Auto in the Jeeps Uconnect and after completing what I needed when connected to the camera, I reenabled the Android Auto in Uconnect.
Everything you need comes in the box. Instructions were okay, but the install video helped more. No messy wiring--pretty much plug and play. I like that it talks to you when it turns on and the lights on the side show if it's recording. The rear camera adhesive is strong. Overall, it just makes me feel safer on the road.For the price, it's a solid choice if you want something that looks built-in. Works well once set up, but has a few quirks.

1.Mangoal dash cams are only compatible with specific vehicle model, the wrong model can't fit.It doesn't support to add a rear camera separately if you've already had the single front camera! Because the PCB boards are different.
2.The camera's WiFi is not remote. Please download important clips to your phone while in the car and engine is on if needed.

First of all, The camera's WiFi is not remote,Cannot connect remotely.Secondly, If you need to connect to the recorder WIFI at a close distance, provided that the engine is on and the recorder is turned on normally.

No, these are two completely different sets of cameras.

The phone cannot be connected to CarPlay and dash cam WiFi at the same time, but the camera records automatically when car starts, so you don't need to keep it connected to camera all the time.
