Fits very nicely and replace the mirror assembly cover. The install was easy. Connecting my phone to the camera with the app took me a while, but eventually it did connect and I can see both my camera (not simultaneously) on my phone.

Front and rear camera installed in 2024 Toyota Sienna Limited. Installation was generally straightforward. Removing existing cover easy as was routing rear camera cable - 45 minutes. All the wire connectors went together with no problems. Installing the cover with camera is a matter of touch and feel as you can not see the 4 connection points. I experienced some of the Toyota parts being knocked down so had to put them back together. Took 30 minutes to get the camera canopy clipped in. Somewhat aggravated. The SkyCamm software would not connect. Viidure software did work. Disappointed that I must use software to switch recording from front camera to rear camera. Instructions say to connect software to set up and then disconnect and leave disconnected. However if you want to switch betweenl front and rear camera while driving you need to leave software connected full time. Camera uses WiFi connection to phone which interferes with other needs for WiFi connectivity. Overall satisfied with value and performance.

I bought this dash cam and waited until the weekend to install it—which happened to be a Sunday. Just two days later, my wife was side-swiped by a semi-truck. Thankfully, everyone walked away unharmed, but the truck driver immediately claimed she had accelerated into him. With two conflicting stories, the police wouldn't have been able to assign fault, and we would've been facing a major headache with insurance.

That's where this camera became a hero. We were able to show the officer exactly what happened from our perspective. The truck driver was clearly at fault, received the ticket, and we never had to involve our insurance at all.

Of course, that story speaks to the value of having any dash cam. But let me break down what makes this particular one stand out.

Video Quality – The footage is fantastic. Crisp, detailed, and captured in uncompressed format. Connecting to the camera's ad‑hoc Wi‑Fi to stream or download clips is smooth and easy. One small heads‑up: since the files are uncompressed, you'll likely need to re‑encode them if you're emailing footage to law enforcement.

Storage & Installation – The removable SD card is a nice touch, and keeping a spare in the glove compartment wouldn't hurt. Installation itself is remarkably clean. A quick search for a couple of online guides will walk you through a painless process with professional‑looking results. The rear camera, which we added for extra peace of mind (especially useful if you're ridesharing), integrates just as neatly as the front unit.

Important Note – I didn't purchase the wiring harness that connects the camera directly to the vehicle's battery. That means it only records while the van is running. Anything that happens while parked won't be captured.

All in all, this camera paid for itself within days. Highly recommended.

Installing this two weeks before our accident was the best decision I could have made. It spared us a mountain of headaches. The video quality was outstanding. Couldn't recommend it more.
